1. About Fairy Page

Fairy Page is an online platform offering AI-powered digital tools and educational content for children, including:

  • AI Book Generator (personalized fairytales)
  • Coloring Book Generator
  • Kids Game Generator
  • Party Ideas Generator
  • Educational video courses (digital, pre-recorded)

All products and services are digital only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make purchases. By using Fairy Page, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Digital Wallet & Payments

Some services require topping up a digital wallet.

  • Wallet balance is used to access AI tools and digital content
  • Wallet funds are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Unused wallet balance has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn

All prices are displayed before purchase. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers.

5. Digital Products & Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and instantly, including:

  • PDFs
  • Images
  • Generated content
  • Streaming or downloadable video courses

No physical items are shipped.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Fairy Page uses automated AI systems to generate content based on user input. You acknowledge that:

  • Results may vary in style, tone, or interpretation
  • AI output is generated automatically without human review
  • Generated content is considered final once delivered

We do not guarantee that content will meet subjective expectations.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

  • Digital products are non-returnable once delivered
  • Courses are non-refundable once accessed
  • Refunds may be considered only for verified technical issues

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Fairy Page, including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, AI tools and software, and course materials, is owned by or licensed to NexoraLabs OÜ and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, resell, redistribute, or modify content
  • Use content for commercial purposes without permission

Personal, non-commercial use is permitted.

9. User-Provided Content

You are responsible for any text, prompts, or information you submit to the platform. You agree not to submit content that is:

  • Illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringing on third-party rights
  • Misleading or abusive

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if misuse is detected.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems
  • Circumvent payment or access controls
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  • Share or resell access to paid features

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexoraLabs OÜ shall not be liable for:

  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Interruptions or technical errors beyond our control

Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexoraLabs OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the website
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your submitted content

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected
  • Required by law or regulation

Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
