These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fairy Page website and services operated by NeuroHaven OÜ (registrikood 17392642) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using Fairy Page, creating an account, purchasing Points, or purchasing or accessing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Fairy Page is an online platform offering AI-powered digital tools and educational content for children, including:
AI Book Generator (personalized fairytales)
Coloring Book Generator
Kids Game Generator
Party Ideas Generator
Educational video courses (digital, pre-recorded)
All products and services are digital only.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase Points, or make purchases.
By using Fairy Page, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
provide accurate and complete information;
keep your login credentials confidential; and
accept responsibility for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Fairy Page may allow customers to purchase or receive Points that may be used solely to purchase or access eligible digital products and services available on the Fairy Page platform.
For pricing and platform-use purposes, 1 Point = €1.00.
This conversion rate is used only to determine the number of Points credited to an account and the Point price of eligible Fairy Page products and services. It does not mean that Points constitute money or have a cash redemption value.
Points are digital units intended exclusively for use within the Fairy Page platform.
Points:
are not money, electronic money, cryptocurrency, or a bank deposit;
do not represent funds held on behalf of the customer;
have no monetary or cash value outside the Fairy Page platform;
cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash;
cannot be withdrawn to a bank account, payment card, payment provider, cryptocurrency account, or any other external payment method;
cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, traded, or exchanged between users;
may only be used toward eligible digital products and services available on Fairy Page;
are non-refundable once purchased or credited to the customer’s account, except where required by applicable law or where a refund is explicitly approved by NeuroHaven OÜ.
Customers may purchase Points using the payment methods made available on Fairy Page.
Purchasing or receiving Points does not create a bank account, payment account, stored-value account, electronic money account, or other financial account with NeuroHaven OÜ.
Unused Points will remain available in the customer’s account until they are used, subject to these Terms and any applicable account restrictions.
Where a purchase made using Points is eligible for a refund, NeuroHaven OÜ may, where permitted by applicable law, return the corresponding Points to the customer’s account instead of providing cash or a refund to an external payment method.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, correct, remove, or adjust Points where reasonably necessary to address technical errors, duplicate Points, chargebacks, payment reversals, fraudulent activity, abuse, or violations of these Terms.
Points may not be purchased, obtained, transferred, or used for resale, money transmission, currency exchange, arbitrage, or any other unauthorized commercial or financial purpose.
All applicable prices and Point requirements are displayed before purchase or use. Payments for Points are processed by third-party payment providers.
All products and services are delivered digitally, including:
PDFs;
images;
AI-generated content;
digital games and materials; and
streaming or downloadable video courses.
No physical items are shipped.
Certain digital products may be generated or made available immediately after Points are used or an order is confirmed.
Fairy Page uses automated AI systems to generate content based on user input.
You acknowledge that:
results may vary in style, tone, accuracy, or interpretation;
AI output is generated automatically and may not be subject to human review;
generated content may contain errors or unexpected results; and
generated content is considered delivered once it has been generated and made available to you.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet subjective expectations.
Refunds and withdrawal rights are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Consumers located in the European Union or European Economic Area may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to applicable law and the exceptions applicable to digital content and digital services.
Where required by applicable law, before digital content is supplied or performance of a digital service begins during the withdrawal period, we may request your prior express consent to begin performance immediately and your acknowledgment that you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once the applicable legal conditions are met.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
All content on Fairy Page, including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, AI tools, software, and course materials, is owned by or licensed to NeuroHaven OÜ and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly permitted, you may not:
copy, resell, or redistribute Fairy Page content;
modify or commercially exploit Fairy Page proprietary content; or
use our software, course materials, branding, or other proprietary materials for commercial purposes without permission.
Personal, non-commercial use is permitted where applicable.
You are responsible for any text, prompts, images, information, or other materials you submit to Fairy Page.
You agree not to submit content that is:
illegal, harmful, or offensive;
infringing on third-party rights;
misleading, fraudulent, or abusive; or
otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access if misuse is detected.
You may not:
attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems;
circumvent payment, Points, or access controls;
use the platform for unlawful purposes;
manipulate or exploit the Points system;
share or resell access to paid features; or
use Points for unauthorized financial or commercial purposes.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NeuroHaven OÜ shall not be liable for:
dissatisfaction with AI-generated content;
indirect or consequential damages;
loss of data, revenue, or profits; or
interruptions or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, subject to any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuroHaven OÜ (registrikood 17392642) from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
your unlawful or unauthorized use of the website;
your violation of these Terms; or
content submitted by you that infringes the rights of another person.
We may suspend or terminate your access where reasonably necessary if:
these Terms are violated;
fraud or misuse is suspected;
the Points system is abused;
a payment is reversed or subject to an unauthorized chargeback; or
suspension or termination is required by law or regulation.
Termination does not affect rights or obligations incurred prior to termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding Fairy Page, including our services, digital products, Points, payments, refunds, account activity, or any transaction, you may submit a complaint to:

When submitting a complaint, please provide sufficient information for us to identify and investigate the matter, which may include:
We will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 5 business days.
We aim to investigate and provide a substantive response or proposed resolution within 15 business days after receiving the complaint. If additional time is reasonably required due to the complexity of the matter or circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will inform you of the delay and, where possible, provide an estimated timeframe for our final response.
We may contact you for additional information where necessary to investigate or resolve the complaint. Any response timeframe may depend on receiving the information reasonably required to assess the matter.
If you are not satisfied with our initial response or proposed resolution, you may request that the complaint be escalated for further internal review by replying to our response and clearly stating that you wish to escalate the complaint.
The escalated complaint will be reviewed by an appropriate person who was not primarily responsible for the initial response, where reasonably practicable. We aim to provide the outcome of the escalated review within 15 business days after receiving the escalation request.
If the complaint cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may have the right to refer the matter to a competent consumer protection authority, court, or alternative dispute resolution body available to you under applicable law.
Nothing in this complaints procedure limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies available to you under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to consumers based on their country of residence.
